What can I take for a bag cough while 4weeks pregnant. I was taken some med for my cough and sinuses.. Suddafed and something out for my cough called something pearls..but than found out I was prego stopped taken it Cause didn't no if I couldn't take it still...  My cough is keeping me up all night haven't got a good night's sleep in a while.

You cannot take any zinc product. Definitely not most of the cold products. I think that vitamin C products are OK. I asked a pharmacist when I was pregnant and he can directed me to what was OK while pregnant. It's better to be safe than sorry

Try getting a salt water based spray and spray it up your nose. Most nighttime coughing is caused by what's called a post nasal drip. To put it plainly When you lay down your snot drips from the back of your nose down your throat, irritating it, causing you to cough. Salt water will help to clear your sinuses and hopefully stop the post nasal drip.
