So I just got out of a serious relationship. With a guy that I loved so much. He said he is not ready for a relationship. I’ve known him for 5 years and we liked each other for years. He just out of the blue tells me that. I want to know if it’s normally supposed to feel like your heart has been ripped out of you chest thrown on the ground and cut into tiny pieces and put back in your body

yes it’s normal to feel that way especially if your relationship was serious with 5 years of liking each other and all of a sudden he says that? just know if it was really meant for you he still would’ve been with you. there’s so much better out there, don’t worry, don’t rush it you’ll find someone
