I promise you, every single person who voted no, has a baby and it just hasn’t happened yet. Every single kid does at least one of these if not all.

Couple weeks ago, my 2yo did this backwards and landed kinda on his face. 😳  The nurse line said as long as he's not vomiting, he's good. He was back to his silly self within hours. (Yes, I was on my way to get him down)

I think majority of kids all get a good goose egg on their head at least once!
As long as they act normal, aren’t vomiting or sleepy I wouldn’t worry too much.

Yes. My son loves to climb and falls too always fine. Just yell yay and they won't even remember and they get back up and try again

My husband accidentally whacked our first kids head on the running ceiling fan when he had him on his shoulders. 
More recently, my first and second wete horsing around and face met head when they collided. My first almost broke his nose and my second had a nasty looking goose egg for a day or so. My first also knocked second off a swing, face first into some rock gravel. Got another nasty goose egg, bruising, and scratches all on her forehead and  cheeks. 
Kids will be kids and shit happens lol. They are resilient little ones, thankfully.

My daughter thought it was a great idea to pretend to be a ghost. Put a blanket on her head and came running to me. I said boo and she took off laughing... right into the courner of the door way at full speed. Had a huge bruise and lump right between her eyes and insisted the wall moved because she was looking where she was going.
Sadly that isn't the only time she has run into a wall head first (about 6 times at last count). But at least she had the excuse of the blanket being on her head that time.

Yes. My 2 year old fell head first out of her crib the first time she tried climbing out. She ended up with a goose egg and rug burn on her forehead but she was fine after a few minutes.

Yep. She’s fallen off the bed, fallen off the couch and hit her head on the coffee table, the other day she was spinning in circles and got dizzy and fell into the coffee table 🤦🏻‍♀️. Toddlers are insane. It’s bound to happen at some point.

Yes. Ran into a metal shelf. Has a forehead scar. Then was spinning in circles and cut the other side open on a dresser. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yep, at the zoo. He was running out of the bathroom, slipped on some water, and went head first at full speed into the corner of a wall.
He needed stitches in his head. 
He was/is fine.
All kids get hurt.
