Hey all,

I’m 31. Came off hormonal birth control about a month ago after being on it for half of my life (since I was 15). I stopped my pack after my last period which started July 8th. Currently 4 days late for my August period which is normal I’m guessing. I would just like to know what to expect, I know everyone is different but what were your experiences after coming off hormonal BC? We are trying to conceive but also trying to give my body time to adjust so not really trying that hard.
