Bleeding from progesterone suppositories

So I am now 6 weeks pregnant from IVF. I am on estrogen and progesterone suppositories 3 times a day and a shot every night. I feel like I may have been putting them up to far and getting some spotting from doing so. I read that that can happen. So this week I stopped putting them in as deep and the spotting has stopped. Anyone else had this happen to them? I had a bleed this past weekend that was a lot of blood but without cramping too this pasted weekend but I think that may have been from something else. The spotting and bleeding has had me so nervous. This was our 3 IVF treatment and I really want it to work.
