how can i make them heal faster or reduce the pain/discomfort?

I use Zilactin. Stings so bad at first but it forms a barrier and heals quickly. My dentist put it on me when I had to get a cleaning done with a canker sore and I’ve used it since.

I put tea tree oil in my mouth wash and it helped heal them quickly.
