Boyfriend blew into baby’s mouth hard

So this all happened SO FAST. My 1 month old HATES getting his diaper changed just as much as any other baby does however he screams so hard and he hold his breath while crying. Well my boyfriend was above his head and quickly blew into his mouth hard while he was holding his breath. I screamed at him right away and he was confused why I was upset. He said my grandmother had told him that she use to have to blow into my cousins face when they would hold their breath. But he literally blew into our sons face like it was cpr and it scared me to death. Can’t that rupture my baby’s lungs? Would I know right away if there were something wrong with my baby??? 🥺
