Help!!! Mucus plug?!

Could I be starting to lose my mucus plug at 30 weeks 1 day? And if I am does this mean I'm going into labor soon?

Losing your mucus plug means basically nothing. Don't worry about it unless you ate having contractions or your water breaks.

I am currently taking a childbirth class and our instructor mentioned that you can lose your mucus plug long before you start labor so it doesn't mean that you are in labor.
