Vagina kinda hurts and itches?

I went on a trip with my boyfriend for a few days and got back yesterday. Today I woke up and my vagina was painful and itchy on the inside, took a shower to see if it would help but it’s still there. 
Would you guys suggest a  yeast infection otc med? Cranberry juice?? How do I fix this? TIA

I would take a probiotic. I also like to mix a few drops of oregano oil with one oz of olive oil. Soak a tampon in it and insert and keep in for a little while. It’s very soothing and a natural antibiotic. Also great for yeast infections and dryness. Test the oil on your hand first to make sure you didn’t put too much oregano oil in or have a reaction.

Did you have a lot of sex? It might just be general irritation. I would leave it be for a day or so and see and doctor if it doesn’t improve on its own. Could possibly be a yeast infection, but if you’ve never had one before it’s no good to guess. 
Cranberry juice isn’t going to do anything lol That’s to prevent a UTI (not treat), and your symptoms don’t match that at all.

It could be anything from friction burn to an infection 
Cranberry juice won’t help unless you think you have a UTI does is hurt when you urinate do you always feel you need to go? You’d still need antibiotics 
Could also be a on coming yeast infection do you have any thick discharge along with the itch 
Either way you may need to go to the doctor and get check if it’s persist
