Need advice and reassurance
Hi everyone, I'm 37 and partner is 38, we already have 2 children the youngest being 12, we are currently trying for another baby and have been for about a year now, I have been tracking my ovulation, and my partner has checked his levels and they seem fine, what else can we do to help us conceive, I already take vitamin c, coenzyme q10, and a fertility multivitamin which includes folic acid what else could we do?
