I'm 9 weeks and 2 days. I heard the heartbeat at 7 weeks 2 days and it was very strong and my doctor said my chances of miscarriage have decreased, but I was just laying in bed and I had a very intense cramp that lasted about one whole minute. I had a miscarriage in January and I'm really scared, I don't want to lose another one.
