Cramping and spotting at 10 weeks

argh, yesterday afternoon I was cramping a bit, so I went pee, and saw that the water was pink! When I wiped, it's fresh blood, so it was red. I was on my feet most of the day for 3 hours just doing chores, but nothing out of the ordinary. I stayed seated most of the night, and it's only when I wipe.

Woke up this morning to period like cramping again :( just a bit of blood when I wipe. I've had a mmc on my first pregnancy, but when I finally miscarried, it was a gush of blood that came out, I don't remember the spotting. Just want to hear some experiences (good or bad), is this how miscarriages usually start up? I just want to mentally prepare myself for what's to come.
