Prenatal vitamins making anyone else feel nauseous?!

What I have been doing is taking it at dinner, eat half of my food, take my vitamin with a few chugs of water and then finish my dinner. If I took it before or after I ate, I felt so sick, but it seems like if it's like sandwiched between food, it helps lol

Yes, this pregnancy has been hard on me morning sickness wise. Gummies are easier for me to keep down and it also helps if I split up when I take them. I take one in the morning and one at night.

I take mine at night 🤷🏽‍♀️ learned that from my daughter 5 years ago and now have to do it with this baby to!

I can’t stand the smell or taste of them. So gross, so I hold my breath and take them as fast as I can. If you don’t already take yours with a little food in your stomach, give that a try. I learned I can’t take mine on an empty stomach or I’ll get a really bad stomach ache.

Yes! My doctor recommended if I couldn't keep prenatal vitamins down to use children's Flintstones vitamins as long as they have folic acid in them. I have been doing well on them.

I cut my vitamin in half and take 1 half in the morning and 1 half in the evening, otherwise I feel nauseous sometimes too after taking it whole. This is my 3rd pregnancy and that was the trick for me in my 2nd pregnancy as well.

Yes! I've just been splitting them up morning/night and it works much better.

My doctor recommended taking them at night before bed. Not sure if you’re already doing that but if not it’s worth a try.
