Would you get your hair colored?

Soo I badly need my hair colored.. my stylist is fantastic but also can’t keep her mouth shut to save her life. Is it safe to get my hair colored? I’m 10 weeks.. would you tell the stylist if so?

I would wear an N95 mask, personally. But I’m also a crunchy sort of person who avoids anything toxic even when not pregnant.

I’m a hairstylist and you’ll be perfectly fine theres many hairstylist that work their full pregnancy and have to keep on coloring their clients hair and the baby is fine so 2 hours won’t hurt just make sure you eat before so you don’t get dizzy cause you aren’t use to being around that smell as much as them

Yes it’s safe! I’m 10w2d and just got my hair colored yesterday… my doctor told me it’s safe, and my stylist is a mother of 4 perfect kiddos so clearly no issue being around chemicals! Another stylist in the salon is also pregnant right now. 
As for telling your stylist… that’s up to you. Do you have mutual friends or live in a small town where word could get around before you’re ready? Use your best judgement.
