You have to be there at 6 am or you have to be up by 6 am? Those are very different things lol if I had to be there by 6 am I would probably get up at 4:30 so would need to go to bed by 8 pm at the latest

I do work at 6am (sometimes 7am). I go to bed around 9 and fall asleep sometime before 10pm. However I am a nanny and work about a 3 minute drive down the street. I wash my hair at night and wear it up because if I do my hair it's a mess by the time I'm done anyways. So I wake up at 5 if I work at 6. I wake up at 6 of I work at 7

Depends what time you wake up and how long your commute is. I always strive for 7-8 hours, because I struggle with sleep so I know some nights will take me forever to fall asleep- that way I have almost a “safety cushion “
