Okay so the past 2 weeks now, my breasts have been incredibly sore. I thought maybe it was due to taking a break from birth control, and possibly ovulating during this time. But now I’m back on my birth control (for almost a week) and I can barely touch a shirt to my nipples without grinding my teeth. Has this happened to anyone else where their breasts just come incredibly sensitive for no reason?!

(Also! I haven’t had sex in about a month and have had a period since then)
