How long did your vaccine side effects last after second vaccine?

My whole body hurts and my head hurts and I’m just exhausted. How long did it last for y’all?

I got the Pfizer vaccine and my arm just hurt nothing else.

I was fine after both. Had 3 hours of feeling bit rougher overnight and sore arm. Was fine. Currently 35+6 days pregnant. 
My husband had side effects for 2 days. Lots of body aches. (Headache was first dose). However, we predicted he’s be worse as we both caught covid late December and he is asthmatic and really suffered so he likely has build up of some antibodies anyway, so it was just a larger immune response. Side effects sort of reassuring in a way as it means body is doing what it’s supposed to do, and I don’t worry about him being poorly in future if he catches it again.

There’s no option for zero days. I didn’t have side effects with either dose.

I only had a sore arm but most people I know who had symptoms only lasted 12-24 hours

Like 3.5 days total. I got my shot Thursday morning. By Thursday night I started with chills and body ache. Overnight Thursday and all day Friday I had flu like symptoms and a decent fever. Saturday I was a little achy but felt much better. Sunday I had an upset stomach, the runs, and very gassy. Nothing a little pepto bismal couldn't handle but I just felt crummy. By Monday I was 100% most people I know only felt bad for 24 hours or a little more. For me, it was worth it and I'd do it again in a heart beat. Definitely beats getting covid
