Should I take away my baby daddy’s rights. My daughter will be 3 in April and he left when she was 6 months to Mexico where he’s from and hasn’t came back. He’s illegal. I’ve been the one trying to make contact with him this whole time for my daughter. Since March I deleted all social media so I haven’t been on but he knows my family so he could’ve contacted them on there. Yesterday I felt bad I was like maybe he wants to know about her so I made a page and contacted him I said hey here’s my number so you can text me I don’t use social media so text my number and this morning I checked again and now I’m blocked. He’s in a new relationship and so am I I’ve been with my man for a year now and he’s been with this girl for 4 months after breaking up with his other girl he went with this one after a week. But I’m pretty sure she made him block me because they’re both toxic and insecure. If you see her posts bc his are private well she says my boyfriend didn’t let me go out 😍😍😍 like if that’s something to brag about lol. But anyways I deleted that page so now I have no social media at all and I want to start the process of removing him from her rights and his last name. Would I be a bad mother for this ☹️

Also he hasn’t sent me a penny since he left and should I screenshot the last message I sent him yesterday of me trying to get in contact with him and him blocking me.? So they can see he doesn’t want to know about her.?

Do y’all think I can do this alone without a lawyer.? I don’t have too much money right now for one that’s why 😕
