Stopped the pill mid-pack
I’ve been having awful side effects and mood swings on the pill (been on it for 7 months) so I decided to stop and give my body a break from the hormones for a few months.
I stopped with 5 pills left until the placebo week.
When should I expect my period to come?
It’s been 2 days since I took a pill and I’m feeling a bit crampy, but no blood or spotting yet.
