Easy lunch/snack ideas??

Stuck in a rut. Let me know your easy lunch and snack ideas!

Egg burritos 
Fruit and cottage cheese or thin cheese slices
Sandwiches
Tortellini with tomato sauce 
"Chicken salad" shredded chicken, shredded carrots, brown rice and cream cheese

Ughhh…I feel you pain for lunch and snack ideas!
Our go-to’s are: hummus and veggies, peaches, any fruit really, raisins, cheese and crackers, muffins, spinach pancakes, mini croissants, organic oat bars, owlies, the love child oat bars are good too, yogurt with chia seeds, fruit and veggie goldfish crackers.
Lunches: usually part of whatever we eat, grilled cheese and tomato soup, chicken fingers with the breading cut off and veggies, avocado and cheese. We also buy the salad cooked chicken strips so I can just fry them up in a couple of minutes, chickpea pasta and tomato sauce, salmon fritters, usually fruit for dessert. Sometimes we have leftovers that she can have, today we are having leftover hamburgers and she will have that with cucumbers, yellow pepper, cheese and a half of a bun.
I would love to hear your ideas too! Feels like we are in a rut!.

My daughter pretty much eats the same things every day so not sure I'll be much help but it's:
Nutrigrain bars, Bear paws, fruit snacks, cucumber, peppers, peas, blanched carrots, cheese, muffins, drinkable yogurts, peanut butter toast, PB&J, various crackers, goldfish, teddy grahams, fruit, honey garlic pepperoni sticks, fries, Scooby Doo pasta, white cheddar KD (we don't use any orange ones because they stain so badly), hamburger helper, spaghetti.
She won't eat meat unless it's ground beef in something so I take what I can get. I do always offer whatever I make for meals though, even though I know she won't eat it.
