Question ☝Racism and music

So I'm wondering about the use of term "n*gga" by whites posts. Most are saying that it's not ok. Other than some generally using it to discribe friend regardless of races or if in public (which is alive and well btw), someone brought up the point that is used often in rap. Rap is a popular form of music in America. So if someone is singing along to their favorite songs that happen to use the racial terms they often do, is it ok for the listener to say it then in your opinion?
