diva cup troubles

I got a diva cup recently and I'll insert it correctly but then after about two hours it will start feeling uncomfortable. I'll start to feel really nauseated. So I'll check and see that the stem keeps shifting and hitting my vaginal wall. When I take it out, though, it will make the popping noise that it was sealed! has anyone else had this happen? how do I make it more comfortable?
