Pls help
Anybody else’s 6 month old started cat napping during the day , baby girl is having 3 naps a day and only 30-45 mins each 🥺 she use to sleep 2-3 hour naps , she has self soothed since she was born, no pacifier etc , still sleeping good at night it’s just the day naps! I read online and saw that 45 mins into baby’s sleep they can wake up before they go into a deeper sleep but my girl is just not going back down, anyone else going through this
