Can hand foot and mouth bumps not show up for a week? My daughter had a high fever last Tuesday/Wednesday and I just noticed a few bumps around her mouth today. It’s going around her daycare really bad right now. My son also got a high fever last Thursday/Friday and is still dealing with a cough and not wanting to eat, but he has no bumps.. I’m worried he will get HFM on top of what he already has if this isnt HFM. My kids have never had hand foot and mouth, so I’m not sure exactly what to expect.. but everything I’ve read says the bumps/rash show up 2-3 days after fever.
