I don’t know if you are talking about the arm implant or the iud but I have had both. The arm implant was the worst. Had it for 9 months and bled the whole entire time. And then I had the copper iud. And I love it. I got it again after having my daughter. They tried to talk me out of it because your periods Can be heavier and cramp stronger. But I didn’t get those side effects
