Both Kids Tested For RSV

My 4month old tested positive for RSV & now my 3 Year old tested positive for RSV also . Dr prescribed nebulizer for both and also a oral steroid ( PREDNISOLONE ) to give 2.5ML for 5 Days. Has anyone given the steroid to their kids before . & by any chance would that steroid be the same as ( PEDNISONE ) my SIL kids are going through a re bound effect withdrawal but from using the oral ( PEDNISONE )

They’re both similar spelling so don’t get them confused . I’m just so worried for my kids to go through the same thing my nephews are going through . And our doctor isn’t much help .
