Gynaecologist before restarting TTC

Sorry a bit of a long post...so just a bit of back story...we've been TTC since March 2018...last year I was the diagnosed with Hashimoto and a growth was found in my womb. So we had to stop TTC and get me fixed up medically...now my thyroid is very well medicated and I follow a autoimmune diet.

In February this year the Myom was removed and since then I was also finally able to loose some weight...in total nearly 20kg down :-)

On Tuesday I have my hopefully final gynaecologist appointment...at my last I was told if the scaring is all healed nicely we can restart TTC... I'm super nervous but also excited and started a list of questions for my doctor and was wondering if any of you went through similar experience and maybe have some further question suggestions???

Should I update an vaccines prior to TTC?

Is a natural delivery possible due to Myom operation?

Do I have to loose more weight before TTC is save? (Currently 113kg at 1.81m tall)

Are there any precautions I have to take due to Hashimoto?

Are the supplements I take and the tea I drink save?
