Throwing up from waking up early.

Okay so I really need advice. Up until a week ago I've been waking up at 2 pm because if I wake up any earlier I was literally get sick. I know its from being hungry but I also get sick when I do eat in the morning that's just always happened. I have to work at 8 so I have to get up early again and I'm just wondering if anyone has found any foods that are easier to keep down with morning sickness?
