3rd seat vehicle WITH top tethers for carseats?

Kinda baby product related.

Looking for a suv/van🤮 Not brand new, we are on a budget and avoiding going into debt.

We currently have 2 kids that are forward facing carseats and soon 1 infant carseat. Our 3rd row in our suv only has 1 top tether(no anchors). We need more than 1 top tether in 3rd row.

There are other options, we know, but we really want both forward facing seats in the 3rd row so we can remove/collapse one seat from the second row. Giving us more space to get in a buckle kids in. 2 carseats in the 2nd row would make it difficult to access the 3rd row.
