Fluids out of breast

So I've been having fluids come out my breast, yeah I do believe it is milk and just clear fluids, I have went to the doctor and had a check up and they said that all my hormons are at the right level no sign of thyroid and my prolactin level is good too. Now I've been on birth control for 5 years now (the pill) and I love it. I doubt that the pill is making my breast do this becaus I've been on it for so long. & NO NO NO I am not pregnant this has been going on for like 6months now I really have no clue what it can be or what is making my breast do this. At times I do get scared and don't  know what to think. Can anyone give me advice please !
