I noticed today as I was trying to stock up on some groceries, that on my receipt it said I had double what I thought I initially had on my EBT card. I almost started crying tbh. My son can only eat certain foods and that gets so expensive.

They put extra on it last month as well, but not the same amount and from what I looked up, that was extra one time benefits to cover the summer groceries.

I’m assuming this is for the school year? Will I be getting this extra amount the next few months or is it a one time thing too?
