When is bedtime?

When do you put your Little One down for the night? I have a 3 month old that I’m trying to figure out a sleep schedule for.

Depends on my LO last nap / wake window. Typically it’s either between 7-8 but if his last nap goes until 6:30 or 7, I usually keep him up for the full wake window of 2 hours give or take a few minutes. When he’s up from his last nap it’s feed, walk around neighborhood in carrier then bath (soak time) then a top off of feeding and bed. We do this every night. Also if he does go down at 7, I’ll do a dream feed when I go to bed at around 10 to get longer sleep out of him.

Around 8 pm. As he got older I made it earlier. He’s 20 months now and goes to bed at 6:30-6:45.

We didn't establish a real routine until Sox months. So we just went by wake windows for nap and sleep. She was still up every 2 hours on the dot so to me what difference did it make. But at 6 months we did some light sleep training and her bedtime was around 7. She's 2.5 now and bedtime is 8pm

At that age around 8 pm. Now at 11 months goes to bed 6:30/7.

We have two almost two year olds and we have been starting bath/bed time by 5:30 since they were about 6 months old. They are usually in their cribs by 6/6:15 and passed out by 6:30. It’s early compared to everyone else we talk to but they sleep until 6-6:30 am regardless of if they go to bed at 6:30p or 9:30p so we just figured they are happier throughout the day when they have more sleep. It’s also really nice to have time to unwind and spend time with my husband for a couple hours before we go to sleep.

I use the huckleberry app but I try and let baby lead so no rigid schedule . Bed time falls between 7-9pm depending on when she had her last nap.
