FET medication side effects

I'm feeling really low and negative about my transfer round today, not sure if it's a side effect of the meds? Yesterday I went up to 2 estrogen tablets and 10mg of steroids. Anyone else felt really low on the meds, I'm hoping I'm going to snap out of it in a bit, I'm off out on a walk. I am quite impatient so the anticipation of everything is getting to me already. I had a frozen transfer once before, but a long time ago so I don't really remember anything about it all xx
