Do you breast feed or formula feed?

breastfeeding never went well for me my baby would be gassy and it seems like it never satisfied her so I put her on formula and she is doing better ,the problem is everyone keep making me feel like I'm a Terrible mom for choosing to formula feed,anyone else is going through that right now? My baby is two months btw

We have formula fed the whole time (supplemented at first, but full formula since month to until he turned 1). How you choose to feed your baby is NO ONES business. People make breastfeeding seem like a walk in the park and it isn't for everyone. 
You keep doing you and feed your baby formula if that's what you choose. A fed baby is best. What else do they prefer you do, let them starve?

I formula fed all 4 of my kids from day 1 with zero regrets. The thought of breastfeeding overwhelmed me so I just didn't. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My kids are healthy & rarely ever sick. Like MAYBE once a year each. They're smart & overall good kids. You'd never know they weren't breastfed.

My first was only breastfed for 7w. I got super sick & being in & out of hospital it was hard to keep up. So we switched to formula. He ended up needing hypoallergenic formula because of a milk protein allergy. My second was breastfed until 13.5m, he just weaned a couple weeks ago. Both strong, healthy, happy little boys & cannot tell that both were fed different milk. 
FED is best. Do not beat yourself up. I’ve been there. It sucks & you feel like you’re failing. You’re not. Your baby is fed & being taken care of.

I formula feed. I tried breastfeeding my first but I wasn't producing enough and it was taking a toll on my mental health. We started supplementing with formula at 2 weeks then I dried up completely at 6 weeks. She was exclusively formula fed since then. With my second I went straight to formula on day 1.

Anyone that gives you suit needs a reality check. My milk never came in. I was judged and I was quick to tell them to stick their damn opinions where the sun don’t shine. If you sass me with your backwards ass opinions, you don’t see my kid. Let me tell you, it made everyone shut their mouths. 
So, you can ignore it or you can handle it and tell them not to let the door hit their ass on the way out. 
A fed baby is the best baby. Doesn’t matter how you feed baby so long as it’s safe.

I breastfed my first for 16 months and my second for 13 months. My first had a latch issue, wasn't gaining weight, and wasn't pooping enough. Since he was born during Covid, I wasn't risking his health to see an LC. So starting at 3 months he was formula fed. 
I had a few people make snide ass comments to family members implying that I formula fed this one because he was an accident and that I didn't care as much about him. People are going to make remarks no matter what you do, I find. I also got some weird comments about breastfeeding too. 
But my formula baby is 13 months, happy and healthy. Went from a skinny little baby who wasn't filling enough diapers to a big chunky boy who looks like he was sculpted from playdough just like my other two at his age.

It’s normal to have mom guilt about how you feed your baby (and many other things lol) but as long as your baby is fed and happy that’s all that matters! Breastfeeding can be difficult, I’ve been doing it for 3 months and I’m considering switching to formula. One of the reasons I haven’t yet is because breastfeeding is very cost efficient as I know formula can be expensive 😂
