Trying for my second baby

Hi ladies , I’m new here so here’s the background story I’m supposed to get a gastro bypass but when I asked about kids bc I’m 23 they kept changing the time where my Body would be ready so I felt like I’d be better off having a baby now then focusing on my body and getting back on track with my surgery I know it sounds crazy and we’ve only been trying since 7/23 I really need this my life sometimes just is hectic but my 4 year old always brings the good in life back to me and I’m ready for baby #2 hoping for a girl 😩❤️🤞🏽
