Yeast infection during pregnancy

Did anyone get yeast infections in early pregnancy? I am 7 weeks and currently have a yeast infection, my dr prescribed terconazole but ive done a lot of research & a lot of it doesn’t suggest using within the 1st trimester. Did anyone use it before during pregnancy? I’m just a very worrisome person and don’t want to do anything to harm my pregnancy!
