Bleeding After Sex During Third Trimester

Hello all. So I am 29 weeks pregnant and had sexual intercourse about 2 days ago, and it’s been about a week or 2 since we’ve done something. TMI — we were going a bit hard from the back and at one point he sort of jabbed kind of hard that it hurt me inside but I was fine after that so we kept going. But shortly after that we noticed that I was bleeding. I wiped myself and it was bright red blood, a lot of it. After we were done I put a pantiliner on and I was still bleeding like pink/light brown almost that whole day and the next day. And of course I was having Braxton Hicks literally every 5 minutes for a little over an hour. Should I be worried about this much bleeding? I’m not bleeding anymore and no more Braxton Hicks like that and the baby has been moving like normal. This is my fourth pregnancy and I’ve had sex while pregnant this just never happened to me. *Pic of pantiliner from the back and the front, down below*
