How bad is ur constipation pain?

So I’m 10.5w n I’ve been WAY constipated and this morning I felt the beginning of a movement like in my tummy u know like it was moving but not ready yet but I got THE WORST pain super sharp I was sweating afterward. Anyone else get constipation pain this bad or should I be worried?

Mine is SO BAD. It’s like I can feel it just sitting there 😭 I haven’t had much pain with it, but my appetite has gone down and I get nauseous at the thought of eating because I’m still so full. I’ve been supplementing magnesium, which helped a little bit. My doctor said as long as I’m moving gas and don’t go longer than 7 days without going, I’m ok. Super frustrating. Idk how anybody goes 7 days without going, it’s so miserable.

Yes! I’ve experienced this a few times this pregnancy 😅 try making extra fiber oatmeal with flax seeds and then whatever fixings you like… I swear it SAVES your life.

If you up your fiber, make sure you also drink a lot of water!  Fiber is great for constipation as long as you also up your water intake.  Not enough water combined with lots of fiber can make constipation worse.
