Hey guys I really need help, I’m trying to get an appointment with my doctor as I write this

I’ve been on the junel Fe birth control pills for 4 years

I doubled up on day 1 of one of my packs & I may have doubled up maybe 1 other day but other than that I’ve been taking them perfectly & I still have been taking them though I suspected pregnancy

I’ve missed 2 periods I’m going to refer to them as Month 1 & Month 2

I also took a pregnancy test after feeling symptoms & it came out negative right before Month 1’s period started

(Month 1) Last month during my placebo week I didn’t get a period however one day I spotted & later that day I wiped & it was pink. I felt pregnancy symptoms before this period came of cramping & nausea but once again took a test that came out negative before Month 1’s period came I decided I’ll wait till after Month 2’s period to test again

(Month 2) This week that just passed was my placebo week & this time no bleeding no spotting nothing at all

I also took a pregnancy test yesterday & it came out negative I’ll leave a photo

I also have been freaking out since before my last period was supposed to come (Month 1) because I was convinced I was pregnant because I felt cramping without any period, a felt nauseous some afternoons, and my back usually hurts but it was killing me for no reason every other symptom could be anything because I already drink a lot of water, my boobs hurt sometimes (especially 2 weeks before I get my period) it was really the cramps & nausea that got me freaking out and then when I missed Month 1’s period I freaked out more but it was Month 2 that really had me on edge at the end of the week I was really losing it, crying every day.

In January I had pregnancy symptoms while taking my pill late most days but tested & it came out negative (after that I said to myself I’m not playing with these pills I’m taking them at the right time every day) but I also got my period all year till now so I’m very concerned.

Regardless I’m going to see my doctor I’ve been googling with no answers & I just want to know if anyone has been through the same thing or similar & what happened & what you guys may think it may be, thank you so much loves!!
