Reintegration into working

Is anyone else struggling back to work? Today is my first day back. My little and my older son are at daycare. I’m having a really really hard time. At first I was sad because I had to leave my baby. So much has changed at work I feel so behind. And my husband works nights so I’m so lonely. I just feel like my life has changed so much and I’m struggling to catch up. 😞
