Update: I went to the ER and baby is healthy with a heartbeat of 128 BPM  doctor said it’s just a hematoma

You should probably go if you dont have an ob dr. I believe you should get any type of bleeding checked.

Looks like old blood, if u r early in pregnancy,  could be implantation bleeding....but could also be a miscarry if u start cramping bad.....u may wanna go to ER definitely if your are further along......hope everything is OK. But definitely go to get checked

My miscarriage did start with dark blood :( however, I had tons of cramping and just "knew." Definitely call your OB and see if you can get in the next few days.
Agree with staying out of the ER.

When I had a miscarriage I started out spotting bright red. It was as if I was starting my period. Within a few hours I was bleeding heavily and passing clots.
