Looks like a bite/ sting. Ring around it shows it could be a reaction. I would send picture to pediatrician. Don’t think it’s anything scary, but the ring around a bite typically means infected or a reaction

Looks like a spider bite to me, I would do cortisone cream for itch and kids Benadryl for any swelling. My poor guy has a bite right above his eye and I could cry when I look at him
