That does look like a classic evap, but I have also seen some positives that were off center.  I would definitely retest with a pink dye and good luck and loads of extra sticky baby dust...

My first positive was similar looking. Retest tomorrow or now and see if you get it too xx

Evap or indent. Even if it was within the time frame it does not look like a positive line. That happens with blue dyes. Retest in a couple days with pink dye. Good luck!

Looks like a classic blue dye evap. Thin and off center. Test again, fingers crossed
