Has anyone let their children do sleepovers with grandparents that are not normally living in same province/country? I have my in laws visiting and they are your away and I haven’t let my child have sleepovers anywhere yet always been with them if we went somewhere. I like to know my children are safe at home with my husband and I. My in law tho has hinted several times if you want a kid free night let me know I’ll gladly take kids up to cabin. I’m still breastfeeding my daughter tho and yes she is 16 months but I have no intentions to stop feeding because my daughter loves it and so do I. We have our routine for bed for both kids and they are happy and content. Yes we sleep over as a family but I’m there.

How do you all cope with sleepovers? I know they would be safe there I’m just not ready to do it for one especially my youngest cause she is still nursing. No other milk just me. As got my older kid I know he would be ok again it’s just me not really cool with the idea of him being away that far from us if he needs us kinda thing.

Help a girl out to calm her fears, anxiety, or just even tell me it’s ok and normal for me to want my kids home with us :)

** should mention hubby and I always go for date nights just two of us while kids are home sleeping my parents come up to sit while we are gone :) and our relationship in the home is still there as well at night together we make time for that as well sure we are tired sometimes but we always make time for sexy times 😆 **
