My daughter is ALWAYS reaching for her brothers cups, and anyone else in reach . She’s had watered-down juice like twice for constipation and only 1oz .

I was wondering if we could try her on almond milk? Obviously this is something I need to ask her dr before I actually do it just wanted opinions (doctors office isn’t open this second 😂).

I know usually babies aren’t started on cows milk until after their first birthday because they’re stomachs aren’t quite ready for it yet… but is it the same for almond milk?
