Symptoms at 10 DPO

Is anyone else already having symptoms super early? I literally just found out yesterday at 9 DPO. I’m only 3w4d. I’ve been crampy, my mouth will not quit watering, I was dizzy today, and I had some nausea this morning. I was also craving hot sauce which I never eat unless I’m pregnant.
