Just lost a pregnancy 2 months ago can I be pregnancy again?

Hello my name is Paola and I just lost my pregnancy 2 months ago and afther we started to try again 2 weeks afther and then I had missed my period has a 3 to 4 days spotting here and there but no period then 2 month of trying I ended giving up because I had got a positive test and then when to the doctor the test was negative so gave up and now I’ve gain weight and here and there I feel sick and weird here’s a picture of how I look like now ? I got a blood test and got it negative back and now I have the deposit shot but could I be pregnant????
