To me no not necessarily. That’s just like women too. Not all of are visual and need to have some physical stimulation to be turned on. Was he attracted to you, came on to you and wanting you? If so then I’d say there’s nothing wrong. Now if he was just dismissive and didn’t care then maybe that’s another thing. My husband doesn’t care for lingerie so I don’t wear any really. He likes matching bras and undies or nude. To each is their own. Just communicate with him
