Bleeding when I wipe :(

So a couple of days ago I wiped and there was a mucus that was like a light pink or light orange (that was Saturday) went to the hospital and they said everything was find but it was too early to catch a heartbeat. Well today (Wednesday) it's happening again I'm so scared has this happened to anyone else?
