IUI with PCOS

So if someone with the same issue please write back I need some comfort or suggestions I don't know I need someone to talk. So I got an IUI last week And I've been having mild symptoms like my nipples changing colors I'm cramping. I decided to take a early pregnancy test and it came back negative. I'm very torn and I feel worthless. I suffer from PCOS so I'm praying that it's just the test because I have trouble with hormones so I'm hoping I'm pregnant. Have this ever happened to anyone And then it turns out that you were pregnant and you had to do a blood?
